The Diversity in Medicine series aims to amplify the professional and personal lives of women in medicine by creating community and building skills and processes needed to achieve gender equity in healthcare.

1. Describe the benefits to patients, medical staff, and employers of a diverse workplace to achieve an inclusive working environment and better health outcomes
2. Address barriers that may arise as your organization works towards a more diverse workplace
3. Facilitate the advancement of women in medicine
4. Describe the skills necessary to facilitate a strong mentor/mentee relationship and implement these skills in the mentor or mentee role
5. Describe strategies for work life balance while maintaining overall wellness and health

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]
