Participants will engage in an art directive similar to what is offered in an art therapy group for individuals in substance use disorder treatment. Therapeutic goals will be discussed throughout.

1. Define what Art Therapy is and is not
2. Understand the benefits and application of art therapy in addiction treatment
3. Identify at least 3 examples of art therapy directives used in addiction treatment

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 1.50 IPCE credits for learning and change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]
