AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (2.00 hours), AOA Category 2B (2.00 hours)

These online courses will discuss proper clinical communication and responsibility guidelines that all providers need to provide quality health care at Ascension Michigan. When all clinical staff collaborate effectively, health care teams can improve patient outcomes, prevent medical errors, improve efficiency and increase patient satisfaction.

1. Describe error prevention behaviors and know how to directly apply to their work.
2. Describe the role they have as an individual and on a team ensuring, safe care, concise communication and a positive experience for our patients.
3. Use Clinical Decision Support alerts to simplify and improve patient care

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 2.00 IPCE credits for learning and change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]
