This conference is meant to enhance the knowledge base and skills of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers, respiratory therapists, dietitians, allied health and rehabilitation therapists, health facility administrators, case managers and other interested health professionals on geriatric care topics.

As our population ages and as the concept of age-friendly care is becoming more mainstream, we continue to look for ways in which to infuse the 5Ms – What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Multimorbidity, and Mobility – into the way we care for our older adult population. The 35th Annual Conference on Aging will focus on varying aging updates, issues and concerns as we apply the 5Ms to the topics of the day.

1. Apply the 5Ms to topics of older adult care
2. Describe ways to identify "What Matters" to patients and how to incorporate this into health care more comfortably
3. Increase awareness of community resources and programs and their role in the care of older adults.

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 4.75 IPCE credits for learning and change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]
