ACPE Pharmacist Objectives
  1. Review advantages and disadvantages of different brands of CGMs
  2. Recall differences between professional and personal CGMs
  3. Demonstrate how to interpret components of Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) reports to adjust medication regimens
  4. Identify patients that would benefit from CGM use based on current guideline recommendations

ACPE Pharmacy Technician Objectives
  1. Recognize medications that can cause discrepancies in CGM readings
  2. Describe the steps on how to apply a Dexcom G6 Pro device
  3. Identify potential cost saving opportunities for CGM devices

Accreditation
Ascension is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the Healthcare team.
