Overview
Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas and Dell Children's Medical Center would like to invite you and your team to the 2022 Austin Trauma & Critical Care Conference. The curriculum is designed to enhance the knowledge and skill of physicians, nurses, allied health and pre-hospital personnel caring for critically ill and injured patients in rural, urban, and suburban hospitals. Day 1 will be dedicated to pediatric care. Day 2 and 3 will cover adult critical and emergency care.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe the advances in management and technology of trauma and critically ill adult and pediatric patients.
  2. Discuss current controversies in the management of adult and pediatric trauma and critically ill patients.
  3. Evaluate new guidelines and recommendations for the care of trauma and critically ill adult and pediatric patients.

Ascension is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the Healthcare team.
