Presentations about basic nutrition goals, advanced sports recovery or support with known concerns such as high blood pressure or diabetes, what can help keep us healthy

1. Identify healthy food variety, plan meals and be intentional with meals and snacks in their active lifestyles for improved nutritional and overall health.
2. Review practical tools to improve nutrition and help support nurses' busy and often stressful schedules.

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 1.00 IPCE credits for learning and change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]
