Just as we each have our own race to run (and are running for different reasons), we each have different finish lines, and different goals and purposes in getting to that finish line. If you are running a race you didn’t choose (maybe dealing with a chronic illness or national unrest, for a few examples) you may still choose that you are going to act with integrity, take the high road, and refuse to live in fear. If you are running a race that you did choose--maybe advocating for the underserved, or raising your family with strong values--your goals may be persistence and consistency despite all obstacles. Every race is different. How you run and what you achieve is almost completely up to you.

1. Create awareness around different aspects of your life. What are your protective factors and what else do you need?
2. Explore stress management strategies to maintain balance and improve wellbeing.
3. Examine your expectations and determine what is in your control, and what isn’t.
4. Articulate your goals and consider how to live with intentionality and purpose.

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 1.00 IPCE credits for learning and change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]
