CME Learning Lunches address gaps in professional practice in primary care, specifically current practice versus evidence-based practice in the following areas: Problems encountered in practice or identified by poor patient outcomes Incorporating new/emerging treatment guidelines into practice Community health issues or initiatives Compassionate Care Rounds, a subset of Learning Lunches, address gaps in communication and teamwork.

1. Discuss the business model for constructing a specialty clinically-integrated network
2. Describe the governance structure of a provider-led organization
3. Review the pitfalls and operational imperatives of first-year operations

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 1.00 IPCE credits for learning and change.
