Learn about Ascension’s sustainability efforts; its connection to our Catholic identity; and how care for the environment benefits our patients and communities in tangible ways. Also, learn some sustainability tips and tricks you can use every day.

1. Inform participants of Ascension’s commitment to reducing our environmental footprint.
2. Strengthen our Catholic Ministry Identity and Culture through an understanding of how these efforts align with organizational and universal stewardship and the encyclical "Laudato Si""
3. Create an understanding of how we promote equitable access to resources that improve community health and the lives of individuals we serve.
4. Learn practical tips and strategies to adopt a more sustainable life at work and at home.

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 0.50 IPCE credits for learning and change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]

Ascension reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
